When it comes to planning a wedding, one of the most common emotions couples feel is stress.
There are so many decisions to make and details to consider that it can be easy for couples to get
overwhelmed. But it doesn’t have to be stressful! Dare I say it can even become enjoyable 😉

Follow these simple steps to reduce your pre-wedding planning stress and follow the journal link in my

✔️ Stay organised – whether you are an old-fashioned pen and paper fan, or spreadsheets are your
weapon of choice, stay on top of everything. Costs, decision deadlines, budget, guest dietaries,
supplier arrival times etc.

🫶 Prioritize - focus on what matters most to you as a couple instead of getting bogged down in all the
details that don’t really matter in the long run.

🦄 Be realistic - It’s important to have a clear idea of what you want for your wedding, but it’s also
important to be realistic about your budget, time frame, and what is feasible. Don’t set expectations
that are too high.

👯‍♀️ Delegate - Don’t try to do everything yourself. Assign tasks to family members or friends who are
willing to help or consider hiring a wedding planner to assist with the planning process.

❌ Don’t compare - Every wedding is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to plan your special
day. Don’t compare your wedding to others and focus on what makes your wedding special and
meaningful to you.
