authentic, natural, relaxed

Cotswold Wedding Photographer documenting your unique love stories across the West Midlands, South West, UK and beyond. A wedding day is filled with so many wonderful emotions and fleeting moments, and my aim as your wedding photographer is to capture each and every one of them, helping you relax and having fun with you whilst I do.

laughing and in love, the best way to be

It’s more than simply curating, creating, and capturing your memories. It’s about you simply enjoying those moments, and me blending in with your guests so those photographs are truly felt, not just seen. I take a photojournalistic approach, while perfectly and seamlessly blending that approach with some gentle guidance for those all important portraits. But I promise you, they’re anything but “stiff” or awkward. They’re true to you, in the moment, and curated with intention.

it’s a whole experience

The experience you have both planning and on your wedding day means everything. This whole journey together should be one you enjoy and cherish that culminates in an awesome day celebrating. When booking me as your wedding photographer, I feel that quality should be equally as paramount as the whole experience when working together. I want you to be smiling, laughing, and feeling at ease throughout the entire process. I want you to trust in me 100%, think of me as an unexpected bonus bridesmaid. I’ll be celebrating with you every step of the way.

Having worked in the Wedding and Event Industry for 10+ years I use my extensive knowledge and experience to help guide you from the moment you book.

Step 1

After we have discussed all the details of your special day, I am able to provide you a personalised quote based on your requirements. Your quote is sent to you via my online portal and from there you can go ahead and confirm the booking. Please note I only take a limited number of bookings each year to ensure you have the attention you deserve so dates are only held for two weeks.

Step 2

On receipt of your completed contract and booking fee we start to plan, and the fun happens. Having been in the wedding industry for 12 years I have compiled lots of information you may find useful. This includes a detailed timeline guide to help you plan the order of your day. In addition to all the e-meetings, you would like with every package we have a location visit. The ideal chance for us to meet in person, get to know each other a little more and have a walk around your beautiful venue whilst you tell me all about your plans.

Step 3

The big day is here. Everything planned falls into place!

My aim is simple, to help you relax and enjoy your day whilst documenting those precious moments for you. As the day unfolds I will be there to capture your love story unobtrusively and naturally.

Step 4

Within 1 week of your wedding a secure, online gallery is set up containing sneak peeks for you to enjoy until your full gallery is ready.

Usually around 3-6 weeks after your wedding date, when all your images have been edited in my unique style your gallery will be updated and your wedding photographs available for you to download in high resolution and unwatermarked.

Full day wedding photography coverage in the Cotswolds starts from only £1600, including Charlotte as your lead photographer and one, second photographer.

As each and every wedding is unique, a bespoke wedding collection is tailored to suit your wedding day photography wants. Please do get in touch and we can discuss your special day and your bespoke photography.

01. How many weddings do you shoot a year?

Typically, I will only take on around 30 wedding commissions a year. I want to be able to provide my absolute undivided attention to each and every wedding and enjoy every minute of the creative process with you. With that in mind, I am unable to hold dates in my diary and only take on clients after I have ensured we are a great fit for each other.

02. Do you photograph weddings overseas?

Absolutely. As a lover of travel, I find new environments and cultures incredibly inspiring. Each different destination brings with it different creative musings that I find truly exhilarating.

03. Can we meet before the special day?

All of my wedding photography collections will come with a location visit together at your ceremony venue. This is the perfect chance for us to spend some time together discussing the vision for your wedding and getting to know each other better.

04. How do we receive our photographs?

Every wedding collection will have a secure online album. These albums stay active for 1 year. You will need to download your photos and back them up but you can share the gallery online with all your family and friends all over the world. Bespoke collections may also include luxury prints and a fine art wedding album.

05. How long will it take for us to receive our photographs?

Firstly, I’ll send you a handful of sneak peek shots a couple of days after your wedding. 6 to 8 weeks later you will receive the link to your online album.

06. How many photos do we receive?

This varies on the number of hours of coverage within your wedding collection. With a focus on quality over quantity, my storyteller approach ensures the full moments and magic of your wedding are captured and typically around 500+ images are delivered.

07. Do you work with a second shooter?

Each wedding is completely different and after we have discussed the details of your unique day I can let you know whether I advise a second shooter. In most cases, in order for me to fully capture the essence and details of your wedding, a second shooter is advised.
