30 Aug INTIMATE LYGON ARMS HOTEL WEDDING IN BROADWAY
When the Government guidance around Coronavirus once again changed, Sara & Trever had to make the decision to shoot off to the wedding venue early or face postponing the wedding. Making the decision to pack up and set off before travel was restricted they headed to the Lygon Arms Hotel and started planning a wedding – in less than a week. To date, this has been my shortest ever notice for a wedding booking – 2 days!
Sara, originally from New Zealand looked every inch the effortless beautiful bride in a lovely boho silk wedding dress teamed with some killer Louboutins whilst Trevor looked very dashing in his navy suit. Sadly Sara’s family couldn’t be with us for the celebration on such short notice and living in New Zealand but The Lygon did a fab job of zooming them in so they could still share this special moment. Hats off to them – it was 2 am in the morning in New Zealand and so lovely to still have a father and mother of the bride speech.
Having a winter wedding later in the afternoon I suggested to Sara & Trevor they do a first look beforehand – whilst it was still lovely and light outside and so we could capture some family portraits before the ceremony. This worked wonderfully and the couple had a lovely time together and with their guests relaxing before the big I Do.
